Amaroeba

To anyone who's talked to me on the matter, this doodle will probably come as no surprise. The first time I saw his character design, my immediate reaction is "that dude DEFINITELY has my vote for the sexiest man in animation", and even after watching the anime, my opinion hasn't changed. Amarao is THE man. Except when his eyebrows fall off... *big on big eyebrows*

I didn't use reference for the character, though I did (attempt) to use reference for the colors. As for the amoeba thing in the background... I don't know, it seemed to be better than leaving it just white. I wanted to do a pop-ish style CG of him, but as always I'm horrible with cel-style. As is probably obvious, this was cropped off a doodle I just randomly scribbled in oC one day. You can find the full thing at [link] . The Event-file for this is rather funny, showcasing the fact that I can just keep redrawing something into infinity, it actually getting worse and worse with each attempt... but I have nowhere to upload it, so for now the joke's for me alone.
